Company: Desert Dwellers
Employee: Taysom Bear Bennion
Dept. Supervisor: Dad
Date: 12/26/22*
Employee Rating: 9.9/10
* Taysom's performance has been so extraordinary we couldn't wait the full 90 days to review.
Organizational Skills
Taysom is learning to keep all important items in a singular location. His motor skills are improving daily which helps organize these items in his mouth.
Working relationships
Taysom has fit in as a member of the team and has almost immediately taken a leadership role. Veterans of the team seem to hang on his every move.
Understands and recognizes cultural differences.
Taysom has come around to the cultural customs. He has recently started making payments for wipe and changing services. Taysom gives smiles and giggles to help compensate for his parent's time. He also noticed that this has helped boost team moral and keeps his workers happy.
Accountability
Taysom is remorseful when he has a bad day or when he takes his feelings out on others. Often times he will stay up stewing on it for hours. This has come to be known as his "Witching Hour". Between the hours of 10pm and 3am he really takes to heart the times he may have frustrated his coworkers. Although as a company we wish he would not take things so hard, the crying lets you know he feels accountable.
Drive

Taysom has come into our company pretty "green", with not much to say for him on his resume. This seems to only motivate him; he seems to be constantly taking in information. His communication is becoming more and more clear. He is really sucking at the teat trying to grow. His ability to digest the nutritional value given by his mother is clear in his diaper reports. We are proud of the development at this stage.
Supervisor’s comments:
Having Taysom in our lives has been inspirational. It's by far the hardest thing I have ever done, but it has been such an amazing trip seeing a human being develop. The bond between father and son came so naturally. The moments of success and failure build your relationship in such a rewarding way. He makes songs hit different, and because of him; stupid YouTube shorts bring tears to your eyes. All of this because I finally get to hold my child in my arms.
Tay Bear has brought back the magic of the holidays. What is a time that easily becomes clouded by commitments is now clearly special again. Tay has brought my focus back to what is important. I am excited to start our own family traditions and see the joy of the holiday season through my boys' eyes.
